I love creating commercial agricultural industry videos and all the different pieces you need to combine together for the final result 🙂
Commercial video for the new machine Proceed from Väderstad.
Maybe this is not the kind of video you want to see on Social Media, but this is a very important part of my work as a photographer and filmmaker.
Being a commercial photographer means that my assignments vary a lot, from professional portraits to product photography of machines, from up in the sky to under the surface, from my hillbilly hometown Hjo to around the world.
This video might look quite simple, but the environment to film in is quite challenging. Several production days in different countries. Dusty, dirty, nonstop changing plans because of weather, short time window when we can get people, machines and weather to align. And sometimes crazy long days, from sunrise to sunset.
If you are a client who is thinking of hiring a photographer, know that the more you know what you are after, your target group, your channels, your budget, your timeframe etc, the easier you will make it for yourself and the photographer. And also know that some productions can be very complicated and some productions can be very quick and easy. Always check with your photographer if something can be done to simplify the process.
My client Väderstad is very good at knowing what they want, and also good at letting me do my thing. I need a framework to be within, but I also need to be able to have the freedom to improvise. That mix will give the best result 🎬👌
And a happy client = a happy photographer 🤠
