Product photography / art photography / jewelry photography / interior photography for Svenskt Tenn and Estrid Ericson exhibition at Kulturkvarteret in Hjo, Sweden.

Some product photography is hard, like taking photos of objects with a reflective surface. So in those situations, you use a light tent (see the behind-the-scenes video) to get an evenly distributed light and to minimize the reflections on the object.

Svenskt Tenn is an interior design company with a webshop and a store located on Strandvägen in Stockholm. It was founded in 1924 by Estrid Ericson.

“Estrid Ericson’s and Josef Frank’s interior design style was personal and permissive. It was colourful and patterned, included both high and low and was influenced by different cultures and eras. It was based on the premise that everything fits together: that different furniture styles, colours and patterns can be combined into one peaceful whole. In interiors, this style was combined with Josef Frank’s interior design philosophy ‘Accidentism’ – the idea that we should shape our surroundings as if they had arisen by chance.” https://www.svenskttenn.com/

Exhibition is a public display of works of art or items of interest, held in an art gallery or museum or at a trade fair.
