Assignment for UNICEF Headquarters in New York 2020-2021 as a film producer.

The assignment was to produce 12 videos for 12 countries highlighting their specific flexible funding topics, with the purpose of showing that their country’s funding really makes a difference.

In this video which is for Finland, it was also nice to be able to include some of the history of how Finland once was one of the first to receive help from UNICEF. And now they are one of the countries that helps the most.

It was supposed to take 2 months which I explained was a very unreaslistic timeframe. But as always when working with big organizations, gazillions of things changed along the way, so we ended up with 9 videos, which took about a year. But the feedback from both the countries (who are my client clients) and from UNICEF (who are my client) was above all expectations.

Here is a snippet from my letter of recommendation written by the big bara boom boss at UNICEF.

“Working remotely, Mr. Anhede was well organized, patient, innovative, adaptable, efficient
and met all the deadlines. His technical prowess in analyzing large amounts of information
and connecting the dots, means that he elevated the content and made it more accessible to external audiences.

Mr. Anhede is a good communicator, team player, attentive to detail and worked very well
with minimal supervision.

We greatly appreciate the support that Mr. Anhede gave to the team and wholeheartedly recommend him for similar roles.”
