It may also use other multimedia elements such as sound effects, music, narration, and text. It is distinguished from the use of live television to affect tele-tourism.<sup id=\"cite_ref-1\" class=\"reference\"><\/sup><\/p>\n<p>The phrase &#8221;virtual tour&#8221; is often used to describe a variety of videos and photographic-based media.\u00a0<a title=\"Panorama\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Panorama\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Panorama<\/a>\u00a0indicates an unbroken view, since a panorama can be either a series of photographs or\u00a0panning\u00a0video\u00a0footage. However, the phrases &#8221;panoramic tour&#8221; and &#8221;virtual tour&#8221; have mostly been associated with virtual tours created using\u00a0still cameras. Such virtual tours are made up of a number of shots taken from a single\u00a0vantage point.
